Services start from Pre-bid phase to Post Construction phase. From Pre-Construction to Post Construction, MCO uses the best office and on-the-field personnel to add value and provide dedicated services to the clients.MCO’s performance has been demonstrated through the success of providing construction management services to agencies such as Miami Dade County, Miami International Airport, Tampa International Airport, School District of Palm Beach County, School Board of Broward County, Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department, Jackson Health Systems, and Florida Department of Transportation.

Ann McNeill is president and owner of MCO Construction & Services, Inc., MCO Consulting, Inc, Colbert/Ball Tax Franchise, and Constructively Speaking, Inc. Additionally, she is the founder of the International Mastermind Association and the National Association of Black Women in Construction. In terms of volunteerism, Ms. McNeill is also the National Treasurer of the Florida Memorial University National Alumni Association. As a life coach she speaks nationally, teaching work-life balance principles that stem from the Master Mind Concept, which she learnt from Napoleon Hill’s Think & Grow Rich. She has been featured in Black Enterprise Magazine and US Today. She also appeared on ABC’s World News.  Ann McNeill holds two active General Contracting licenses and her company, MCO Construction has worked on a majority of the flagship projects in South Florida.  Ann McNeill's success as a speaker, coach and author stems from her ability to create a blueprint of success and accumulate the right materials to use in order to lay a firm foundation to help people build upon their strengths.
