Hutchinson Homes Inc was established as a dba of Parthenon Homes Inc. (PHI) that had been a minority owned and operated family business for over 22 years. Our success story was inspired by our family’s humble beginnings that stemmed from hard work, perseverance and dedication to achieve our goals. Arnold Hutchinson’s vast knowledge, talents and passion as a builder complemented by his wife, Genefe’s administrative skills catapulted PHI as one of the most reputable luxury custom home builders in Tampa Bay, Florida, that built numerous luxury homes for clients with exquisite lifestyles. Arnold Hutchinson’s passion as a builder and businessman envisioned him to offer attainable housing to low-and-median-income clients in the Central Florida area, hence, the shift from custom luxury homes to attainable housing.

Hutchinson Homes Inc. is privileged that Thomas Hutchinson, the eldest of three sons, shares his father’s passion in providing attainable housing to first-time home buyers.
