Keith Jennings, President, and Jamaican – American construction professional, has established a reputation of Excellence with IMR’s clients. Mr. Jennings believes that Excellence is achieved by Exceeding their Clients Expectations. To that end, Mr. Jennings, re-quires a written commitment from each employee to strive for excellence in every task, regardless of its size.

Mr. Jennings has extensive experience with IDIQ-type contract instruments and has managed multiple contractors and features of work at several job sites, concurrently. His aim is to maintain repeat customers and forge strong relationships that maintain beyond current contracts. He has worked on projects of substantial size and importance, including a Basketball Arena, a Performing Arts Center, new Federal Court House, and Football Stadium renovations. He is knowledgeable in certification with federal, state, and county programs, and with the support of the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA), Keith is positioned to gain access to additional opportunities that are propelling his domestic and global reach. IMR Development Corp is also the recipient of the Minority Veteran-owned Firm of the Year, presented at the 2018 National MEDWeek Awards Ceremony hosted in Washington, D.C.
